Jennifer Cass is Virtual Executive Assistant. She worked for 9 years as an Executive Assistant to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Executives at one of the top consumer tech companies in Silicon Valley, Sling Media, inventor of the Slingbox.
At Sling Media, she perfected her skills working with all levels of management facilitating team building, calendar management, travel coordination, business systems, and office organization. Jennifer is an excellent problem solver with strategic and tactical skills.
Jennifer furthered her professional development by earning her Administrative Executive Assistant certificate from UCSC Extension Silicon Valley. She studied under top Silicon Valley Executive Assistants from Cisco and Avaya in Project Management, Communication Skills, Business and Professional Writing, Facilitation, and Organizational Development.
In 2015, Jennifer launched her company providing high level administrative services to entrepreneurs, small businesses, associations and nonprofits. She is passionate about treating her clients like VIPs and freeing up their time to focus “on” their business instead of “in” their business to create more success and time to enjoy their personal and professional lives.
Jennifer is a California native, growing up in Half Moon Bay. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from UC Santa Barbara and cut her teeth as an administrator during the dot com boom (and bust!) in San Francisco.
She works virtually and resides in San Mateo with her daughter. Jennifer is passionate about the freedom having her own business creates in her life and walks on the San Mateo bay every day that she can!
