Jennifer Cass is the owner of Cass Executive Services.
With over 20 years of experience supporting executives and organizations, Jennifer founded Cass Executive Services in 2015 to provide high-level operational and business management services. Prior to launching her business, Jennifer worked with startups in Silicon Valley, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, communication, and strategic support within fast-paced environments. She is a thoughtful problem solver and communicator, known for her ability to manage complex, moving pieces with clarity and consistency. Jennifer further developed her expertise through formal training at UCSC Extension Silicon Valley, with a focus on project management, communication, business writing, and organizational development. A California native, Jennifer grew up in Half Moon Bay and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from UC Santa Barbara. She began her career in San Francisco during the dot-com era, gaining early experience in dynamic, high-growth environments. Jennifer now lives in the San Joaquin Valley, California, with her daughter, after many years in the Bay Area. She works remotely with clients across a range of industries and remains closely connected to the region.
